  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail with various delivery options, including:
    • 24/48 Hour Tracked
    • Next Day Special Delivery (before 1 PM)
    • Saturday Delivery (optional, based on selection)
  • Orders for next-day delivery must be completed by 12:30 PM and the appropriate shipping option selected.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Inject Guard is not liable for delays beyond our control.
  1. Returns & Refunds
  • Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • No refunds are provided for used or opened products unless there is a proven defect.
